I authorize V.ERY I.MPORTANT P.ETS to transport my animals to a
veterinarian and reimburse them for out of pocket costs for any
necessary medical treatment and transportation cost in the unlikely
event of an emergency during my absence.

to provide the service as an express condition thereof, and the client
waives and relinquishes any and all claims against V.ERY I.MPORTANT
P.ETS, its employees and independent contractors unless Client can prove
gross negligence on the part of V.ERY I.MPORTANT P.ETS.

circumstances beyond its control such as a pet's unforeseen illness,
injury, accidental death or reaction to veterinary treatment unless such
acts or omissions are due to willful misconduct. IN CASE OF DEATH OF
PET, IT IS COMPANY POLICY TO TRANSPORT THE PET TO THE LISTED
VETERINARIAN TO BE HELD UNTIL THE OWNERS RETURN.
