Pet Sitting Information
You've made travel plans for a
vacation, business trip, family emergency, whatever. Who will care for
your precious pets? Will you call the neighbor boy and hope he doesn't
forget to stop by? Or perhaps the little old lady down the street with
nothing to do could come by. And if Fido, your giant Mastiff, jumps up to
give her a big wet kiss on the lips and knocks her over, you won't mind
paying her doctor bills. Will you? Or maybe contacting a family member or
friends is the answer. Surely they won't mind adding taking Fido out or cleaning
kitty's litter box into their already crowded schedules. Right? Or you
could just leave a huge bowl of food and water for them. It won't matter
if the dog eats all his food the first day and the cat decides on day
three to use your brand new living room carpet as its litter box since its
box is too messy. Will it? So how do you solve these dilemma's?
Allowing VIP to come into your home to care for your animals with
specialized care is the answer. Each pet receives one on one attention
meeting your requirements and following their normal routines. Kitty can
nap on its favorite blanket while Fido gets his usual walk around the
block after dinner.
Every visit is 30-40 minutes long wherein food is given, water bowls
cleaned and refilled, litter boxes emptied, dog waste in the yard is
disposed of and the balance of time, which is usually substantial, is
spent giving lots of love, pets and tummy rubs. Additional services such
as walks, medication administration, coat brushing, teeth cleaning are all
included as needed. And each sitter will retrieve mail, pick up newspapers,
put out trashcans, water plants and turn lights on and off. Plus, a daily
journal of your pet's activities will be recorded along with the time your
sitter arrives and departs. The number of visits per day depends on your
needs and what schedule you are comfortable with. We offer up to four
visits per day.
VIP also offers overnight stays where the sitter arrives in the early
evening (depending on schedule) and spends the entire evening catering to
the pets needs and finally retires to bed with Fido and kitty trailing
behind ready to snuggle up for the long nights sleep. Morning chores are
all attended to and kisses and treats are given before the sitter leaves
for the day.
Spending a long day at work and can't get home to feed kitty or let Fido
out? Got a new puppy that is crate trained but can't go more than a few
hours without having a potty break? VIP will be happy to schedule a visit
with advance notice: exceptions are made for emergency requests. And we
also offer contract visits at a reduced rate for the owner who wants
midday visits on a regular basis.
Pet transport to vets, groomers, or day care facilities is another service
we provide when you can't be around to do it yourself.
